Praise Him Anything, Anytime, Anywhere

Last Sunday, as usual I went church to listen what the pastor preached. He said, we should praise the Lord anytime. Many people only seek God when they have troubles, guess I'm one of them too... =( We should change this kind of attitude because our God has given us His love without any conditions, yet we, the powerless and weak human only praise Him with condition, that is only when we are facing trouble??? Oh God please forgive our negligence to You.

Plans Gone Wrong Contest In DeviantART

As you can see from the title, yes, I'm taking part in the other contest in DeviantART too besides the Scribble contest. This contest is also interesting. It requires cropping skill and a good creative combination skill. I have learnt how to edit pictures by using layers. Feel happy and content~ At least I have learnt something~ Haha! In this contest, we are required to choose at least one panda, one light and one pie to make a combination of picture which fulfill the theme of Plans Gone Wrong. Those pictures are given by them. First Participation In DeviantART

Today I have just submitted my artwork to DeviantART's Scribble Contest. Why suddenly participate? Because I am still having my long semester break holidays. Since I have nothing to do at home, why not try my luck to participate in it? Yes I know the chances of winning are slim, but no harm trying it~ =) The contest is like this: They give you a random combination of lines to download. Then our challenge is to look at the drawing creatively and find an object or scene within the randomness to bring a whole new meaning to the piece. The original picture looks like this:

Out Result Out

Today my 2nd semester's result is officially out. Well, actually we can check it via sms 2 days ago. Yes, I did check mine via sms before this. Initially I was about to play games on facebook, then suddenly I saw a post from a friend stated that we can check our results via sms already. What a shocking and sudden news to me! I didn't do any preparations for this abrupt change of releasing date of our result. Wasn't the letter said that it is going to release on the 8th of June?? Oh no! But actually I was anxious about my result. Yea, exactly like watching horror movies. Want to watch but dare not watch. This time is want to know but dare not know. Lol. I immediately sms my result and it replied me so frantic, as not many people were aware about this. Ok. What a relief! I get 3.70 for this semester! It's a great improvement! Really Thank God for the good result! Amen!

End of 1st Year of University Life

Finally... Our final paper ended at 10.00a.m. on 28.4.2011. After the exam, I went to Times Square with my course mates as planned on the day before exam. We were divided into two groups. One was those who are going straight away to Times Square after exam while another group was at about 11.30a.m. because some of them wanted to have a nap for a while since they have not enough sleep during the days of preparing exam. Me too... I woke up early on that day, about 4 a.m. to finish my study. It was quite tiring indeed. But I followed those who wanted to go early.

When we reached there, we had BAR.B.Q PLAZA for lunch. Haha, first time heard of it... It was recommended by a course mate. We ordered 3 plates of food, which is 1 plate of pork, 1 plate of seafood and 1 plate of chicken meat. Those food were raw initially and we were required to barbeque it ourselves. The pork was the most delicious among all~ Spent about RM18 for this meal. Well, not so full but not hungry either, it was just nice. XD

After that we went for shopping. Walked almost the whole Times Square, then at last, we met back with those who came later. They ate at Old Town Coffee instead... What a waste~ Should try something new like us mah~ == 

After that we also don't know what to do next. Some wanted to watch movie while some wanted to sing karaoke. In the end, majority votes for karaoke and we had entered Neway to sing karaoke. It was the first time for me to sing karaoke... Normally I would just go inside and listen to others to sing... It can't be helped, they forced me to sing == Haha... Felt kinda embarrass as most of my course mates are actually great singers! Yaya, forgot to mention, actually I also sang Linkin Park's Numb but without mics~ Lol~ Here, I spent about RM18 too... This included food and drinks... Lol continuous eating after our lunch >.< In the middle of our singing, suddenly our Oleochem friends were here too. We took photos with them~ Wow! What a big Chemistry family~ Haha~ Well since there weren't many people visiting Neway at that time, we were allowed to sing until 7p.m. without any further charges!

Ok, after singing karaoke, we went shopping again. I find that there is actually nothing special to shop in Times Square. I prefer Mid Valley~ And some of my course mates agree~ Then later before going back Uni, we had Wendy's - A Western fastfood restaurant, something like Mc Donald's which sells mainly burgers. Hmm... The burger was not bad~ I love it~ It's quite special with mushrooms in it. And the drink is iced lemon tea instead of cola~ Really eating non-stop on that day~ >.<

At last, we all went back to Uni. Really felt so happy. It was a great way of releasing stress after exam~ Hmm... I am worrying about my exam actually. I don't think I did well on this final exam. I hope to score better than my first semester initially, but now seems like it is difficult to achieve it, but it is NOT impossible too, because I believe in God! Hopefully God can help me and bless me abundantly in my studies. Ya, and hopefully I can study the Bible as much as I can when I'm free. Oh God I surrender myself to you. Once again, make me a better person. Amen.

Reunion Dinner With Commates

It was a quite busy day as it was still in the middle of exam week. Busying preparing for exam and of course, golf exam was one of it too. About one month didn't do any practices of golf. Consequently I only did fairly well for the exam. Then after that I rushed back to my hostel as I will be having a reunion dinner at Pitstop in Serdang. It was raining on that time and I was drenched wet all along the way back to my hostel. After that I took a bath and went to Serdang by friend's car. Had a delicious dinner at there. Guess what was it? I ordered Garlic Butter Steak and had a free Honey Peach Drink~ Wow I love the drink and of course, the steak too~ We also played something like UNO Stacko but it's not UNO brand. We took some pictures before we went back. Haha, had a nice day. But I'm leaving my exams behind! Oh gosh I still have three papers left! Gonna strive hard! Hopefully God will help me~ Amen. Oops~ Today is Easter Day~ Going to church later~ ^-^
