Throwback Graduation 2013

It's graduation season! People are sharing many things about graduation. Looking at those photos and posts, I can still remember those excitement, feelings, precious memories of my convocation last year. Mine was a colorful one. Now I'm going to review my graduation last year. Here we go!

We were asked to get our graduation robes a few weeks before our graduation ceremony. At that time I didn't get any jobs yet, so I was free at any of the days to take my robe. However, I chose to take it during weekend because I might get to meet more friends since some of them had already started their work. So I stayed with two of my coursemates, Li Ting and Joy who continued their Master Degree a night before we took our robes - The robes can be start taken at early in the morning. And there's many people like me already staying at UKM or nearby, preparing to be the first to grab our desired robes' size. Many of us were worrying too much that we cannot get a suitable size. We even set alarm before sleeping. That night, we had a wonderful chat about our internship life. We chatted non-stop because we had not meet each other for a long time and we had so many stories to share! They also discussed about how to make up during convocation too. There, I was exposed to many things lol! Li Ting helped Joy, who was mono eyelid to put on the double eyelid tape. I was sitting beside, hands were holding those beauty products with curiosity. Can't deny that it was the first time I saw a double eyelid tape. It's like a sticker with sickle shape. Besides, they also used nail polish. They were testing different colors of nail polish, discussing which was better, which was prettier and how to polish their fingernails nicely. And when they "used up" all their fingers, they borrowed mine, but I quickly removed it after that. = =

The next day we managed to wake up early, but when we reached the hall, there were many people lining up in front of us. Everyone was so aggressive! However, I guess we were still considered early since we get the size we want, haha! We were so excited and we put on our robes and started to take photos. Pre-convo photo-shooting session started from here!

Graduation robe with casual clothes inside - one can tell that you have just received your robes, and that's what I saw my juniors doing the same thing too~

And then, back to my home. My childhood friend Esther invited me to have a graduation photo-shooting session with her since we graduated at the same time, and her convocation was one day before mine. I put on my favorite formal attire and we brought our robes respectively to the park. We happen to meet Zic there. She said we were too eye-catching with our robes at the park lol! Actually I felt awkward to wear my robe at the park, but you know, I was not alone lol! We took photos with her for a while because she was going to fetch her mum home.

Hand in hand

Balancing?

Was the grass clean?

Books as props

After Zic left, we continued our photograph session.

Believe me, I never touched the disgusting tree trunk!

Tripod, DSLR, Timer

Ok. The sun was setting down. Time to leave the park because without sufficient lighting, the photos taken were not very nice. We went Tesco because Esther wanted to buy convocation gifts for her friends. Later, Zic joined our next photo-shooting venue - Crystal Crown Hotel.

You are prohibited to use the stairs because three thick-skinned people had occupied it

I guess not many people took their graduation photo from behind

Hairs were flatten after wearing mortar board for a long time

Finally shifted to the lobby - We GOT Nerves lol

 Lots of patterns

 Lots of Love (LOL)

 Lots of awkward moment

 Err... I'm really a shy one (>///<)

 Aaahhh~~! Finally a normal pose

Still energetic

And finally knew how to spell t-i-r-e-d

But I have a friend that never gives up taking photos of me even though I said "stop!"

I was crowned

I entertained the hotel receptionist... Wondering did they see this? ._.

Always the shortest

We exchanged our robes too

 Before

After

And finally without robes! Looked great too :D

We kept acting...

...and acting

...and acting

...and finally we said goodbye... and good night
(We skipped our dinner on that day!)

So, basically above are all the pre-convocation photos. On the day of my convocation, we took many photos too!

Before entering the hall

Inside the hall

And after coming out the hall

 With commates

With roommate

With ???maid...

maid? haha

(Ans: mermaid 美人怡 ><)

Oh I'm so genius to think of this riddle!

And of course, with beloved family

That's all about my convocation, thank you!

My shoes

Like these shoes very much...

They have no shoelaces

They are light

They are attractive to me

They are comfortable to wear

They fit my legs perfectly

However...

Now they are worn out but I'm still wearing them

Thank you shoes

Will I ever meet shoes like these, again?

3 Years Diary

Looking back on my first post on blogger. I started blogging since my first year of entering the University. At that time maybe I was too bored and did not know what to do. I faced problems but I had no one to tell. My room mate was always busy practicing her sketch and she always comes back during dawn. So, I suddenly had the feel to blog.

Looking back on the other posts that I had wrote. It was really... Whoah! Time flies! Things that happened years ago seem like they were just happened not long ago.

Of course, there were many things that I never blog about, too. Some were due to my laziness, some weren't worth mentioning (sounds cruel), some were difficult to be explained with words (actually it was my expression by word is poor) and blah blah blah eg: Facebook had already posted, so need not to post twice, other people had already written in their blogs, so I didn't feel like blogging the same thing... (many excuses ==).

However, those were things that happened not only in my University, they include things that happened during the semester break, during outings in KL, during these 3 years since I entered UKM.

Now, I feel like closing my blog after I graduate.
These are...
My 3 years diary in UKM...
Goodbye!

(Aiks! As if this is the last post, but I think not, just suddenly want to write the ending post earlier, maybe will copy and paste it in a new post and this will be deleted XP)

Pasar Malam With Coursemates

Long time didn't go Cheras Pasar Malam with coursemates by public transport. Erm... Why public transport? Haha I have many coursemates, and this group of people always go out by public transport.  Firstly, we took bus to KTM and stopped at Bandar Tasek Selatan. At Bandar Tasek Selatan, we took taxi straight away to reach the Pasar Malam. At first I was a little bit worry about how to walk back at night, but one of my coursemate had been late to take the bus to KTM and since she has a car, she drove to the KTM station. Now why we have a car but we are still taking public transport? Because nobody knows how to drive there. However, I felt relieved because I need not to walk up when I'm back! Hooray! Thanks God! XD

Ok I will tell the interesting part here. As one of my coursemates, Joy, who did not go, but she had asked Li Ting to buy her some food, so we walked and bought food for ourselves and at the same time looking for any food that can be take away for her. But it was a little bit difficult because that day the Pasar Malam was so crowded, perhaps it was due to Labour Day. Li Ting wanted to buy bread for her, but since the bread stall was too crowded, she gave up on that stall. Then we passed by a cake stall, and she thought she wanted to buy cakes for Joy, but the cakes were quite large in size... So, she passed again. At last we walked back to where we came, the smelly toufu stall! Then the boys asked Li Ting, "How? So you did not buy anything for Joy?" Then, I saw Li Ting, seemed lazy to go back to the bread stall. Suddenly she looked at the petrol station nearby and pointed on it, "Can I just buy a bread from there?" LOL! Then the boys said, "Don't be like this lah! Feel sorry for Joy leh!" Then, Yin Keat said, "Ok lah, you walk back and buy it by yourself lah! We are so tired to walk already." And he wanted to sit down on a stool from the toufu stall. But Li Ting saw him seriously did not intend to accompany her to walk back and she said, "Woi! I don't care! You MUST accompany me to walk back oh!!! If not I don't let you sit!!!" And she KICKED the stool which Yin Keat was going to sit on it! The stool was kicked away! And Yin Keat did not know! And since he was going to sit like a boss, he felt down, rolling instead! And there were puddles too! Laugh my ass off! Really LOL! The other two guys stunned! Then he quickly got up, feeling so ashamed and stared at Li Ting said, "Paiseh Si! Why you... ...!!!" But I know he's quite gentlemen and won't take it into his heart. If it was the other guy, he sure gets angry with Li Ting. Then, Li Ting also felt sorry and kept apologize to him and said, "Why were you still sitting down? I thought you knew the stool was already kicked away?" True also. == Then he said he really didn't know! He kept saying that he felt embarass because there were other people looking at him, and some were laughing at him. I felt quite sorry for him too, because his shorts were a bit dirty and his hands were full of sands. Finally, Yin Keat accompanied her to buy the bread a while and the rest of us went to McDonald's to wait for them. On the way back, we kept on talking and laughing and never close this topic. What a memorable day! XD

Temptation? Testing?

Went Today's Market yesterday night. Dad had his haircut there. When we were approaching to our car, suddenly a guy appeared and he flashed out a samsung galaxy S3 smartphone. He was going to sell it to dad for RM300. But dad rejected him and told him that he did not bring much money with him. Then, the man lowered the price to RM200, from his expression I could tell that he was so desperate for money. He told dad that he needed some money to go home. Then, me and my sister just asked dad to ignore him and we just got into our car. But he still pestered my dad and said, "Ok, last call, RM150, you tolong saya lah!" Suddenly dad hesitate and asked him what kind of phone was that (Sorry, my dad doesn't know much about the latest model of smartphones ==). When he knew that it was S3, he said it was very cheap and asked us whether we want it or not. Then I told dad in a lower voice, "No, don't buy that, it was obviously a stolen phone... Nowadays people can track their lost phones easily..." and blah blah blah... While talking, I suddenly remembered my first handphone, that Sony Ericsson W910i was stolen before, too. :( If we buy it from him, we are condoning his mistakes! But dad repeated, "Very cheap leh, want or not?" "Of course cheap lah! Why don't you go steal? Even cheap, no need to spend a single cent!" I said. Yes, we were as if the man's accomplice in stealing if we buy from him! Then my sis also agreed and said impatiently, "Just start the car and go! Don't bother him!" Finally, we did not buy it from him.

This incident made me ponder. I admit that I also wanted to buy that phone in a cheap price. For a second, really, I was greedy and I felt like asking my dad to accept the deal although my mouth kept telling my dad not to buy it! But my timid nature (Scared get caught, Scared die, Scared of disgrace, Scared of no pride...) had prevent me to do so. == Or perhaps this was because of the holy spirit within me which prevent me from committing any sins. We brought this topic even when we reached home. I told my sis, "Maybe God was testing us just now. If we bought it, maybe God will be disappointed in us." "Maybe God will cry~" I added some humor behind. Then my sis said, "Yea... Eh, no.. God will not test us, only Satan will. God only will allow Satan to test us!" And she began her preach. ==

Then I thought again because I suddenly remembered that my sis once reminded us that we Christians are responsible to uphold justice. We were still wrong although we did not buy that stolen phone with a cheap price! Because we did not ask that fellow to change and learn from his mistakes! And we did not report this incident to the police! Oh no! These are easier said that done! It is so difficult.... to become a real Christian... T____T

First Time Shopping At 1 Utama

Ok. I will stop blogging about Yui Aragaki for a while as I don't want my blog to become some kind of Gakky fan page! Now telling story about my trip to 1 Utama.

Initially, I planned to go to Times Square with my JB friend. But in the end the plan was not successful because I dare not go alone and my friend also not sure how to go there from her friend's house. So, I decided to follow my course mates to 1 Utama. They decided to take 9.30 a.m. bus from UKM.

As for me, since yesterday I had an unexpected outing to Mid Valley, and an unexpected expensive lunch at Chili's, I... have not much money in my purse. So today I woke up early and went down to Pusanika to withdraw some money. Then I waited for the UKM bus to go to the KTM station. On the bus, there were many Korean students, all were good looking, And I felt like I was in a Korean variety show. == When we reached the KTM station, my friend borrowed me the 1Malaysia KTM card as I did not apply it before. Hngh! Didn't ask me along to apply! We usually say, bo jio! Which means didn't ask along. It's really cheap! Half price only. Save a lot of transport fee! We were lucky because some times they might check. Here, we waited for an hour for the train to come! Malysia you are still the same. == And I wonder how the Korean students felt LOL! They were quite frustrated while waiting but they took many photos of themselves and the train. Probably to post it and to complain about it I think. Haha.

We took train to KL Sentral. And from KL Sentral, we took Rapid KL straight away to 1 Utama. It costed RM2.50 for the bus fare. Really thanks to the half price KTM card, we really save a lot of transport fee. Really! At 1 Utama, I bought three T-shirts from Brands Outlet (RM50), one long pants at Padini (RM49.50), one short pants at Padini Authentics (RM44.50). Oh! I had withdrawn some money again there!

Most of the things were expensive. Except for La Boheme. I bought some food again. ==

Fruit tarts (RM4.00, 2 pieces), Egg tarts (RM2.00, 2 pieces), Muffin (RM1.00), Rice Crackers from Jusco, and that 2 packets of biscuit sticks were from Shojikiya

Then we depart at 8 p.m. and reached UKM KTM station at 9.30 p.m. So happy because UKM bus fetched me up to my hostel! Ah! What a wonderful day! If only I am rich.... I think I temporary can't go for outing anymore... T T

Shell Career Day

Yesterday I went for the Shell Career Day. It started at 8am, but I woke up at 7.35am. Looking at the time, still wondering whether I should go there or not. Thinking of several factors like I never went that place before so I was not sure exactly where the place is, I only know that it was nearby my kolej, what should I bring? I didn't do any preparations for this, what should I wear? Was it worth going? I don't have any friends going there with me, I'm all alone, was it too early for me to attend this since I'm not a final year student? and blah blah blah... LOL I'm really a troublesome person. At last I made my decision to go there to learn something. I reached there at 8am and there was nobody there. But then slowly there were more and more people arrived.

Had a small talk with a guy who was taking Physics course. Then, I saw some of my kolej's seniors too. People who were taking various courses came. eg: Statistics, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Physics... Then I registered myself at the counter and took a goodies bag. There were two notebooks, a pen and a brochure with Shell Company logo inside... Like it so much~ >w< Then I simply found a place and sat. The workshop was useful. They taught us how to write resume and how to deal with an interview, what does Shell requires, how to fill in the form nicely in order to join Shell... They also told us about their experience, why Shell  is good, how they enter Shell... Haha... Had a relaxing moment there. This experience is EXACTLY like last year I attended the Leadership course in Melaka! Listening talks in a comfortable area ALONE! LOL! I'm a loner without friends accompany me... T-T Eat ALONE, sit ALONE, went back kolej ALONE... and when I walked back there was a heavy rain welcome me! The wind blew strongly until I felt my umbrella like going to fly away. And since the rain was heavy, my shoes and shorts were soaked wet. But when I reached my room, the rain STOPPED... ... ... What a day! Ok. That's all. I don't wanna talk more already. Bye bye!

Cousin's Wedding

After being two weeks at here, finally I can take this opportunity to go back to my hometown to meet my family. =) Initially we planned to go back in the evening after my sister's last class on that day. But since she had decided to skip class (in the end the class was cancelled too =.=), she asked me to meet her up at TBS earlier. Finally we took bus to Muar at 3:40 p.m. and reached there at about 6 p.m.

The next morning, we had church service. Long time didn't see my cousin, Ivan already. He patted my head and gave me a hug, as if I am still a kid. Yea I'm always a kid to him, maybe. :O Although it was his wedding, we gave many attentions to the kids. =.= Dylan and Danielle are so cute. However, at church we only managed to take some photos with  Danielle  as Dylan was crying for don't know what reason... == At home, we played with Beverly. She's like a genius. She knows a lot of things although she's 4 years old. She thinks and speaks maturely too. At night we went Ivan's house and we played with Dylan and Danielle again. Listened to Dylan's story about Plant VS Zombies for the whole night. Haha...

Actually, I enjoyed my conversation with Beverly and Dylan very much. We speak English. This reminds me of my childhood. Yes, I can entertain Dylan because I know Pokemon, Plant VS Zombies, Power Rangers, Ultraman and etc. And he likes to imagine things as I do. English speaking children are cute~!!! XD

Think Too Much

I like sitting down, not doing anything, and do my day dreaming. Sometimes I like to imagine things, sometimes I like to recall back things and sometimes I just leave my mind blank, without thinking anything.

Staring at my bottle now, thinking on the day when I returned to my University this semester. My bottle was full of clean drinking water. The water came from my home. I was reluctant to finish it as I knew I have to start boiling and drinking unclean water if I finish my water. Sad. =(

Whatever things taken from home are warm to me... Felt the love from my family...  (︶.︶)

The more I think, the more I feel miserable here. (T.T)

Am I thinking too much? =/

Last Day of 2011

How time flies! Saying goodbye to 2011 and welcoming 2012. At the same time saying goodbye to my home and going back to my University for my final exam... T^T

Well I don't feel anything special about this coming New Year. Actually I never felt anything special about every New Year too... Nah, it's just a day! It's just that the calenders are changing. I never went for any countdowns too. Maybe you can say me lame. ==

Spent my last day at home going out with family. Morning went Megah Ria ate fried dumplings. After that we went Metrojaya. Bought new clothes and new bag. Later we went PC Expo in Persada to claim my RM50 shopping voucher. Lastly, we went Jusco Permas Jaya for lunch and then we went home... continue striving for our exam! T^T

 Bought this bag in Metrojaya
 Rear part of the bag
 Inside with a environmental-friendly shopping bag ==
Price was exorbitant, but it was mega sale for stock clearance, I got it 70%+10% discount~ So it was RM80.75~ ><

Ok. Enough crapping. I really need to study already. Really. T-T

Hopefully God will bless me abundantly in my final exam... Amen. It's the end of the year, give thanks to God too~
