Laziness - one of my greatest enemies is killing me!!! I believe that everyone is also the same. We experienced laziness that hinders us in doing many things. The difference is just that the extent of laziness for everyone is not the same. Some people are lazy, but they will still slowly move on and complete their work. But some people are just obstinate and left their work aside undone. As for me, maybe I'm in the middle of these two extents. I will try to complete any tasks given, but it's normally at the eleventh hour. The same thing goes to my study, always last minute... T.T
I promised myself to be hardworking when enter the university and I am now trying my best to alleviate the laziness nature within me. Surely I can't totally remove laziness. The only thing I can do is to become hardworking a bittttt... I can do it!!! I won't repeat the same thing that happened during my STPM!!!! Games can kill!!! Especially when you are addicted to them!!!
Trying my best to gain time for study... Yup, I got the time for study actually... but I always end up in going off into wild flights of fancy when I am studying. At last, I didn't study anything in fact I'm staring on my book for hours... Arghhh!!!! This is totally wasting time!!! Really!!! That's why I need more study time than others... Haiz... Some more, my brain is not functioning well recently. (Perhaps it is now undergoing ageing process) Means that I need more and more time to study?! Oh, God! Please help me in my studies... T.T
Yes, the Bible also reminds us not to be lazy. It says,
Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
How long will you lie there, you sluggard?
When will you get up from your sleep?
A little sleep, a little slumber,
a little folding of the hands to rest --
and poverty will come on you like a bandit
and scarcity like an armed man.
